It was a privilege to be asked to Judge a Club Show and thank the exhibitors for entering under me. There was good sportsmanship and the winners were greet with applause. I found no bad feet or mouths. BIS was KILCAVAN OBERON AT MONTELLE. RBIS SUJONCLA WHITE HORSE and BEST PUPPY BRILLIANT MR SIRIUS AT MONTELLE.
Special Beginners Dog/Bitch (3) (1a)
1st Rhode's KILCAVAN PEASEBLOSSOM. A good type of bitch with a nice expression and dark eye, good legs and feet and correct tail carriage, moved OK, nicely presented.
2nd England's MONTELLE RETURN OF THE KING. Dog of correct size with a racy outline, good coat, a good effort with trimming.

1st Bradley's BRILLIANT MR SIRIUS AT MONTELLE. Young dog with great ring presence, good head with dark eye and correct ear carriage which gives a good expression, nice neck and shoulders legs & feet well boned, strong back-end, moved OK, but does not want to grow anymore, DP & BPIS
2nd Bamsey's HOLBAM PRADRAIG. Nice type of puppy with OK head, neck and shoulders, not as mature as the winner, ears need to settle as does movement..

1st Nevill's MONTELLE LORD MONTAGUE. Racy dog of good Irish type, harsh coat well trimmed, nice expression with a dark eye, long neck with good shoulders, OK legs and feet, moved with drive, change of handler did not help in the challenge. RBD

1st Bradley's KILCAVAN OBERON AT MONTELLE. Imposing dog and like his younger kennel mate has great ring presence, well presented and handled, with good coat & colour, like his expression and ear carriage, OK neck & shoulders, good spring of rib and strong back end with good tail set, moved with drive - Won BIS over the bitch on his showmanship. BD & BIS
Puppy Bitch (3) (1a)
1st Goddard's MARSHCOURT TOPAZ. Nice puppy 7 months old with OK head and dark eye, ears need to settle, good bone to legs and strong hindquarters with correct tail set on, won this class on her movement.
2nd Bamsey's HOLBAM TIERNEY. Racy pup with OK head but also her ears need to settle, front a little loose,k nicely trimmed and handled.

1st Fletcher's BALIROLYAT MARTHA'S CHOICE. Not a bad bitch with a good coat, slightly overweight which spoilt her outline.
Novice Bitch (2) (1a)
1st Marven's MARSHCOURT LAPWING. OK bitch shown but a novice exhibitor, a good effort with trimming and presentation, flying her ears which spoiled the epression, nice neck and tail set, moved OK.
Post Graduate Bitch (7) (2a)
1st Wooding's SUJONCLA WHITE HORSE. Really nice bitch with a racy outline, well trimmed and handled, long head with dark eye and correct ear carriage which gives a good expression, food front and rear end, nice spring of rib and moved true both ways, lacked the sparkle and showmanship of the dog for BIS, BB & RBIS
2nd Necill's MYSCHARRMA LADY ROSEINNA. Another nice bitch with a good head and ears, body OK with good tail set, harsh coat & well trimmed, just preferred the overall balance of 1.
3rd Bamsey's HOLBAM PEARLY QUEEN. Unlucky to meet the above two.
Res Rhoide's KILCAVAN PEASBLOSSOM.

1st Tritton's AILINGTON BURNING EMBER. a nice racy bitch of good size, OK head with good ear carriage and expression, good legs and feet and rear angulation, harsh coat, trimmed and presented well. RBB
2nd Ruffles' RUFFMAR BRONZED DANCER. Similar notes apply as first but lost on ear placement

1st Ruffles' RUFFMAR BRONZED TEAZEL. 11 year old bitch in great form, enjoying her day out, good Irish type all through and moved very well. BVIS
2nd Bamsey's MONTELLE NIGHT STAR. 7 year old bitch in good condition, racy outline in good coat trimmed well, another good mover.
Not in Show Trim Dog/Bitch (2) (1a)
1st BALLYMORAN GIRL. Bitch on her own in this class, not a bad head, moved well, tail not her fortune.
